GM Diet Plan Day 1: The first is the most vital day of your weight loss journey. It is very important to keep your cravings in check. You can start the first day with fruits you can eat all the fruits except the Bananas, Grapes, Litchi, and Mangoes.

The quantity of fruits you have is not restricted to any amount. You can have fruits as much as you want at it may be around 20 times a day but it should be only fruits. It is suggested that you will have a lot of “Pomegranates, Watermelon, Lime, Orange, and Apples.”
